• Coffee makes you faster
• Red mushrooms taller
• Peas make you smaller
• Brown mushrooms makes you jump higher
• Garlic deters monsters (untested)
• etc

Implementing is not the problem, just balancing out the effects would be nice (not too overpowered as a combo for example)
