remove current aliases #62

this PR removes all current aliases, they should be replaced by now (it has been years!)

closes a task in #60

You can use https://github.com/dennisjenkins75/minetest-map-analyzer to scan your world database (on a live postgresql-backed server even) to find all nodes from that alias list to see if any are left.
