reduce feather dropping #74

since https://github.com/minetest-mirrors/mobs_animal/commit/bf12043fdcab68acfef299e26b6896a918ce1512 [mobs_animal] added chance for chickens to drop feathers.

I'm thinking that since then feathers have become quite abundant to the point that we've been discussing sinkholes for them.
