What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I want to install this program.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in the popup "There is a problem parsing the package" message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried all versions. 

Please provide any additional information below.
My Phone Samsung i7500 galaxy, Android OS version Froyo.

Froyo not supported.

Android 2.3 minimum.
