Actively respond to new Gamepads #353

Whenever a gamepad is connected while PA is running or after PA started and there is no existing configuration for this gamepad, automatically direct towards the key config menu so players can directly set their configuration.

Love provides a hook via love.joystickadded that should make this easily possible. It may even be possible to preset a sensible default configuration based on what else love offers in terms of gamepad.
