Save function in repository sometimes does not work #77

Will investigate this later. Exporting the model to SMART file (MMEL) works. A workaround for now is:

  1. Export the updated file to MMEL
  2. Delete the model in the repository
  3. Re-import the model from MMEL file to the repository
