add support for identitiers.org IDs #142

Maintainers of identifiers.org claim: "Identifiers.org URIs are persistent since they shield the user from changes in the underlying, resource specific, URLs." So we should include these to the list of supported PIDs

in case of identifiers are given as identifiers.org/prefix/suffix instead of prefix:suffix these are not recognized
