Convert JSON files to YAML

Hi,

is there a reason for the different file formats? The files in fuji_server/data could be stored as yaml as well, right? It is a bit confusing, that the metrics and the api spec (also data?) is in a directory called "yaml". Maybe this could be changed?

For example like this?

• data/
  • data from orginal data directory
  • metrics/ (the metrics files in yaml format)
  • openapi/ (the swagger/openapi spec in yaml format)
