I don't see much more room to simplify the user interface. Except to hide advanced parameters in the help message?

We now have all 4 optional odgi viz visualizations neatly arranged in the MultiQC report, including a textual explanation of the different visualization modalities.

If applicable, bcftools stats will be run for each VCF file.
