dask widget not working #14

I tried logging in, to see how the platform feels. On logging in, jupyter-lab warns me that various extensions should be rebuilt, and the dask-kubernetes widget does not render. I suppose some versioning thing in the image got messed up?

Does it work in the main pangeo deployment?

I suspect that the environment.yaml file and the postBuild file have versions that could be pinned differently (I haven't looked yet). Stealing from one of the other deployments like the core pangeo one or https://github.com/mrocklin/pydata-nyc-2018-tutorial might be a good idea.
