update cookie cutter? #11

A lot of developments have happened with dask server extension recently. Do we want to update this cookie cutter?

I would personally wait until there has been another lab extension release. There are some big changes coming down the pipe.

That said, if someone wants to upgrade this now, go for it.

That makes sense...I didn't realize there hadn't been a release.

We need to update this repo use the Docker onbuild solution.

Since I've been playing around with Binder deployments for my work with TRACMIP, I'm happy to make adjustments to the cookie cutter to bring it more in line with Pangeo's JupyterHub.
