Will do. I'm going to try moving one of the pangeo deployments to use the new chart to see if we need any specific migrating instructions.

Added a note to the readme. With https://github.com/dask/helm-chart/pull/100, there weren't any additional changes necessary to migrate pangeo-cloud-federation.
