Closes #53.

One question: should I move the content of worker-template.yaml directly in dask configuration file? As in @jhamman example https://github.com/pangeo-data/pangeo-tutorial-agu-2018/blob/ec20e3ddbc77d7a355ced8268d7e7ccf73cc694c/.dask/config.yaml#L31.

I think that would be a good idea. I think the worker-template.yaml should be treated as legacy and the dask config as the recommended configuration method.

Yeah, +1 on moving the worker template to the dask config. One less config file to carry around.
