Switch to calver autopopulated with chartpress

Fixes #31, superseeds #84.

Okay, build looks good, trying to merge.

A few things to note:

I didn't use ${TRAVIS_TAG} upon tags. I force the chartpress tag to YY.MM.dd (tested it by tagging to 0.2.1). So we should for consistency use calver syntax as git tags to I believe.
I set the version in the Chart as AUTO_POPULATED_BY_CHARTPRESS_AND_TRAVIS to indicate that it was always overriden during travis build.
I removed docker login and push from chartpress, but there may still be other parts in deploy.sh which are docker related.
I added @jhamman and myself to maintainers (hope I've not overstepped here).
