back to development jhub chart version #92

This development version of the jhub chart was released on March 28, the same day as the open redirect announcement. I assume it also has the necessary security fixes for #90, plus the added advantage of not breaking our existing clusters.

Definitely good to have working clusters. Sorry about that! I'm still confused though. The security announcement says that 0.8.1, released Mar 28, did not contain the complete fix, but 0.8.2, released April 1, did. There doesn't seem to be an April 1 version of the development version.
