How do we convey how DaskGateway hosted dask clusters run on k8s?

It is relevant to understand conceptually for anyone working with DaskGateway currently. Perhaps under a section in jupytearth.org related to hub.jupytearth.org? Perhaps upstream in dask-gateway's docs?
