move this repo to pangeo_data? #7

It would make sense to move this out of a personal account at this point...

I agree - I'll change ownership.

In the future, it could be useful to have these catalogs as a part of the main pangeo-datastore, where a GitHub action could automatically update them with changes to the Intake catalogs.
