Add MEOM-NEMO catalog to ocean.yaml #105

This pull adds a MEOM-NEMO catalog to ocean.yaml, as discussed in #88.

Before this is merged, it looks like some of the datasets need to have their metadata consolidated. Additionally, I noticed there were two NATL60 SSH datasets in gs://pangeo-meom -- I included the second one as NATL60_SSH_1, but if there's a more descriptive name or if the entry is unnecessary I can change/remove it.

Forgot to mention @auraoupa on this -- do you have any preferences for the entry NATL60_SSH_1 (which corresponds to the dataset at gs://pangeo-meom/NATL60-CJM165-SSH-1h-1m2deg2deg)?

Actually it was only a test in the chunking when creating the zarr, eventually we will only keep one of the two, I'll do the comparison of performances as soon as possible so I can decide which one we are keeping. But yes in the mean time NATL60_SSH_1 is fine, thanks
