Add entry for CM2.6 esm collection #91

This adds a CM2.6 ESM collection to our climate catalog, with the collections specs themselves residing in Google's CMIP6 bucket.

This is great Charles! Since the dataset is relatively small, you might want to consider instead a "single file catalog": https://github.com/NCAR/esm-collection-spec/issues/13

Except I don't think your intake-esm version is compatible with this feature: https://catalog.pangeo.io/browse/master/climate/
