Source code is at https://github.com/microsoft/planetary-computer-sdk-for-python. It's mentioned under https://github.com/microsoft/PlanetaryComputer/tree/2023.1.26?tab=readme-ov-file#open-source-repositories (though yes, the PyPI metadata could be clearer on that).
