Can we refer to an external notebook for this file: part3/data_exploitability_openEO ? https://github.com/EO-College/cubes-and-clouds/blob/main/lectures/3.1_data_processing/exercises/_alternatives/31_data_processing_stac.ipynb I wouldn't copy it here and maintain two versions of it.

Or better, as a general question, how do we refer to external notebooks? Probably also @jdries doesn't plan to copy them here.

My suggestion is to cross-reference them in the markdowns as you've done in https://pangeo-data.github.io/pangeo-openeo-BiDS-2023/part3/advanced_udf.html
