Yes, unfortunately this has become unmaintained, I am removing these features in #430 until we can find a suitable alternative.
In the meantime, if you are in search of catalog information, that is available here: https://github.com/leap-stc/data-management/pull/74.
So both the dashboard and the catalog are not working.
