Imitating Airbyte 👌 #44

I have recently been reading a lot about the Airbyte framework.

I don't think we can use Airbyte directly, because they are really only aimed at tabular data. But it's nice to note the parallels with certain Pangeo Forge concepts. I think we can find some nice inspiration from their framework.
