Fix basic example #5

Example was broken because Google Cloud needs to know we are connecting anonymous. Also, package nc_time_axis is needed for plotting. And last, I show how to connect behind a network proxy

thanks for the PR, I'm closing this as it's handled in #7 which has the advantage that it's not committing the notebook output

Thanks for fixing this. And for pointing out the best practices regarding notebook commits. I was not aware that it was best not to commit the outputs
