Work is ready to review.

Upgrades dependencies to latest
Migrates the project to typescript
Adds automated tests support
A new migration router to migrate old tokens to the new bridge tokens
Adds test covering migration of all possible bridge tokens(they need to have pairs with enough liquidity to be tested, or not have pairs at all, so that the tests builds it up)
