Add more endpoints #2

Add GET /mensen to get a list of available canteens, also change route to GET /mensen/:mensa_id

As @gulaschsippl pointed out, it is also possible to travel back in time and also 1 week into the future via the mighty http://menu.mensen.at/index/index/locid/1/year/2013/woy/11 url ...
