What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable lock screen from BIP GUI or select Auto-disable option (both ways
trigger the same behavior)
2. Turn off the screen
3. Turn on the screen
What is the expected outcome? What happens instead?
I expect Lock screen never to appear after step 1. In reality, in step 3
sometimes I see Home screen, sometimes I see Lock screen! If the screen was not
locked in step 3, then starting any app with its GUI (email, BIP) suddenly
triggers Lock screen

Which version of Android are you using?
Freshly updated from GB to ICS 4.0.4
Do you have an "Task Killer" or similar apps installed?
No task killers. I only monitor processes using System Panel 1.1.1

My lock screen is a "pattern" kind, but I also checked slide and PIN kinds and
the result is the same.
