Customize a Good Navbar - LGMSoC #580

Problem

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. The current Navbar will be good to update with a dropdown on hover instead of button click - Level 1
  2. Navbar should be responsive. - Level 2
  3. Good to have animations. - Level 3

Hello Pankaj Sir, I want to GSSOC'24 label with respective levels , yes sir, I'm selected as a GSSoc'24 contributor.

@Sammandy This project is not part of GSSOC'24 this year, in 2021 only it was part of GSSOC'21.

So you will not get any point if you will work on this.
