How to integrate this tools into genome assembly pipeline? #1

Was there the mature manner to integrate this tools into assembly pipeline like hifiasm or canu? It seems that no alignment files are ever generated intermediatly during the assembly by hifiasm.

Thank you for developing the tool RAfilter, and I would also like to ask if there are any strategies to apply RAfilter to the assembly or correction process, which will be very helpful. Any suggestions?
