[Feature Request] Identify subtitle language by file content (on filesystem) #705

Once in a while, you have a subtitle file without a language code in its name. Though it might be an overkill/overhead, there are some language detection libraries that could be used to determine the subtitle language by the text inside the file.

(Embedded subtitle without language name is also common, however, I don't know if it is possible to easily get the text from an embedded subtitle)
