Sub-zero not working for PlexMediaServer-1.18.5.2309 ?

hello I have two questions here:

1. I have install Sub-Zero for PlexMediaServer-1.18.5.2309， and made a simple configuration(only the Subtitle languag and opensubtitles VIP account). but after "Refresh All Metadata" there is nothing happend 2.so i try to check the log of Sub-Zero in the plex Channel , but it looks plex disable the Channel on plex interface ?

   Any tips?

I have install Kitana on my QNAP NAS, it look good. so I can use Sub-Zero interface now and get the log file.

But i don't know why it still no work... could you please help me on it ? Logs_200202_17-51-16.zip

I can't read Chinese, so I don't know what 爱情公寓番外篇辣味英雄传01.mkv is.

Also for subscene and titlovi to work you have to supply username/password.

It would help if you would set SZ's log level to DEBUG (at the bottom of SZ's settings), then refreshing the metadata of one item, wait a minute, then re-post the logs.

I set SZ's log level to DEBUG and made a test here: there are chinese subtitles for TV on opensubtitles.org： https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/ssearch/sublanguageid-chi/idmovie-11018 Then i choose Browse all items-> Refresh and Auto-find subtitles in Sub-Zero.

But It looks there is nothing happend,I only made a simple configuration(only the Subtitle languag and opensubtitles VIP account)， is that ok ? Thanks in advance here is the log

english subtitles or chinese ? I have check plex and movies folder, there is no chinese subtitles
