On new TrueNas 12.0 not working #745

In New TrueNas 12.0 some subtitle downloads don't work and some download without a problem those who do not work write an error "UnicodeDecodeError" also writes something else about UTF8 but I didn't understand

A temporary fix : A line 580 of file 'Sub-Zero.bundle/Contents/Libraries/Shared/scandir.py', replace _scandir = _scandir_generic if scandir_generic else scandir by _scandir = _scandir_generic #if scandir_generic else scandir

Oups, fail It's the file under Sub-Zero.bundle/Contents/Libraries/Shared/subliminal_patch/core.py function _search_external_subtitles (line 580)

Interesting. Can someone supply DEBUG logs for this (see Wiki).

This should be fixable in a more generic way.

I tried editing the core.py file and restarted my Jail server, and still doesn't work, and removed the plugin card from the plex plugin section, but agent is there and turned on (?) any ideas why? Kitana highlights the error: Error on PlexMediaServer (see log): HTTPSConnectionPool(host='79-17-21-19.fd0dd6d93c3542d88a170f306666cc74.plex.direct', port=15809): Max retries exceeded with url: /video/subzero (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(, 'Connection to 79-17-21-19.fd0dd6d93c3542d88a170f306666cc74.plex.direct timed out. (connect timeout=15)'))

works only on plex movies (legaci) set your agent database to plex movies (legaci) and restart
