Exception getting hosted resource hashes #795

Subzero does not seem to process my Plex shows or movies when I refresh all metadata on my plex show or movie libraries. It apparently tried to work at one point before I paid to become an OpenSubtitles VIP member, but it didn't put the SRT files with the ts files as I expected, and it only downloaded 13 of the ~200 shows/movies in my "new" installation on my Synology DS1520 server. Trying to figure it out, I turned on debug and when I restarted Plex, Subzero logged: 2022-10-31 13:17:48,998 (7f15ce4b4808) : CRITICAL (runtime:1299) - Exception getting hosted resource hashes (most recent call last): File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Plug-ins-44a5bbd28/Framework.bundle/Contents/Resources/Versions/2/Python/Framework/components/runtime.py", line 1293, in get_resource_hashes json = self._core.networking.http_request("http://127.0.0.1:32400/:/plugins/com.plexapp.system/resourceHashes", timeout=10).content File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Plug-ins-44a5bbd28/Framework.bundle/Contents/Resources/Versions/2/Python/Framework/components/networking.py", line 242, in content return self.str() File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Plug-ins-44a5bbd28/Framework.bundle/Contents/Resources/Versions/2/Python/Framework/components/networking.py", line 220, in str self.load() File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Plug-ins-44a5bbd28/Framework.bundle/Contents/Resources/Versions/2/Python/Framework/components/networking.py", line 158, in load f = self._opener.open(req, timeout=self._timeout) File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Python/python27.zip/urllib2.py", line 435, in open response = meth(req, response) File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Python/python27.zip/urllib2.py", line 548, in http_response 'http', request, response, code, msg, hdrs) File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Python/python27.zip/urllib2.py", line 473, in error return self._call_chain(args) File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Python/python27.zip/urllib2.py", line 407, in _call_chain result = func(args) File "/volume2/@appstore/PlexMediaServer/Resources/Python/python27.zip/urllib2.py", line 556, in http_error_default raise HTTPError(req.get_full_url(), code, msg, hdrs, fp) HTTPError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

I'm attaching a Zip file with the Plex and Subzero logs, the Plex Database, and a png showing where it put the 9 srt files. SubZeroIssue.zip

Did some more troubleshooting, and it appears that subzero does get connected to 127.0.0.1:32400, so I don't understand why it is not downloading any more subtitles. See attached PDF file for details. PlexMediaServer.pdf
