feat(frontend/vue): Add visual input validation feature #2

Shows an icon next to the input with different states:

with an empty value (valid = null)
- shows an empty dotted circle for optional fields
- shows an empty circle for required fields
with filled out inputs
- shows a checkmark for valid value
- shows an x for invalid values
additionally shows a "required" format type extra hint

The valid/invalid check utilizes HTML5 form validation
