Describe the bug mount.initialize() errors: missing commands set_local_time set_local_date get_guide_rate

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run mount.initialize() Returns: W 05-16 04:53:59.628 No command for set_local_time W 05-16 04:54:02.137 No command for set_local_date W 05-16 04:54:06.667 No command for get_guide_rate
