Provide a hook into the camera via the pocs cli.

Adding a pocs camera take-pics command that will take pictures on both cameras for set amount of exposures and exptime.

Sneaky PR-inappropriate additions:

Auto-detect of create_cameras_from_config only check gphoto.
zwo:
- Zwo (really libasi) cleanup upon deletion.
- Allow setting of cooling manually. Cooling is not enabled by default.
- default gain is 100.
- formatting (f-strings)
