PIAA Overhaul #25

This is a major overhaul of this entire repository, cleaning out old unused items and trying to consolidate on what is used.

This will be the basis of the initial pipeline. Will be a merge of this branch without review for the most part and then will be cleaned up after the fact.

Going to keep commit history.
