Continue work on John's implementation of crafting

_Gold field still exists but we should migrate to use the concept of resources.

• Items should have creators and have a "unique" flag
• Resources are managed in a player's inventory differently
• When resources are dropped in world or exchanged a resource item is used
• Resources should just be a model
• • this should have a map to translate quantity into abstract qualifiers [one, pair, few, handful, etc.]
