Still no sleep with Mini9 STEC 16GB SSD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sleep still not working with 0.8.3 RC1

What netbook are you using this on?
Mini 9 STEC 16GB

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Computer sleeps but wakes with no mouse. Won't sleep a second time until
rebooted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.3 RC1 / 10.6.1

Make sure you disable USB Legacy mode in the bios.

I also have this issue.  Black screen when I open the lid.

I will double check my bios later, but pretty sure I disabled it.

I feel a bit stupid - I thought legacy was turned off but it was on! Now sleep 
works
