New structure #3

It contains space for each work package and management documents.

Existing communication materials are now within WP 9

Thanks for the new structure. I will merge it right away. Any minor changes can still be made after that e.g. change Submitted Deliverables to Deliverables.

Where do we put the minutes for the weekly meetings?

Hi,

There is an area for Meetings within WP1 Management:

https://github.com/panosc-eu/panosc/tree/master/Work%20Packages/WP1%20Management/Meetings

I would consider the meetings that we do to be "Project Management Committee" meetings.
