Setup doodle for design workshop #72

We will organize a design workshop for pan-learning.org between the two parts of the TtT workshop so that we get started on improving the design of the e-learning platform

[ ] setup doodle
[ ] invite usual WP8 participants to doodle
[ ] settle on date
