The Feedback following the 2nd Periodic Report states:
Relevant adoption KPIs (e.g., Number of unique service users) are tracked and reported. The final targets to be achieved
during the project and after the project (i.e., as part of post project exploitation activities), are not specified in detail.
In general, some of exploitation activities of the project are in quite early stage. This is an area where the project must
allocate effort during its last reporting period. on page 3.
Progress against objectives: O6 [...] The project should keep track of relevant impact indicators in terms of adoption and use of FAIR data in the community. on page 4
Recommendation 2 (Updated KPI Framework and Risk Registry): Neither the DoA nor the periodic report provide
detailed impact assessment KPIs. The consortium is advised to provide a KPIs framework with concrete targets about
what is planned to be accomplished during the reporting period, including the sites where the different services will
be deployed, the number of users targeted per service, the datasets/DOIs to be created etc. Some tables with relevant
indicators have been included in the periodic report and provide a good format for presenting this plan. However, they
should be complemented with targets to be accomplished till the end of the project. Moreover, the partners should
consider updating the risk registry to reflect the risks that have been cleared following the accomplishment of several
milestones of the project’s workplan. on page 4
It is advised that some concrete targets regarding the datasets to be curated and integrated are set. on page 6
