Review Report 2: integrated course on FAIR data management #90

Andy considers this a Major Recommendation, that is listed in the Objectives and workplan, WP8 section.

The Feedback following the 2nd Periodic Report states:

It is also advised that the consortium does not limit its effort in the development of individual seminars or presentations. Rather a short, yet integrated course on FAIR data management for the PaN community should be developed. Moreover, the project must consider synergies with other EOSC projects towards accessing general-purpose courses and materials, such as general courses about Open Science and FAIR data. on page 7

There is a data management course aspect to the summer school being taught by @teodorivanoaica. If this is created using the e-learning platform, I believe that this would fulfil this recommendation.
