Improve filtering, measures support #2

Add support for all the filtering capabilities of the Cube, including parametrized filters;
Improve support of measures defined in either of the following forms: ... measures: { count: { sql: 'column_name', type: 'count', }, }, ... measures: { count: { sql: 'COUNT(column_name)', type: 'number', }, }, ...

It is my first experience with JavaScript and TypeScript. In my test environment I have the driver in ~/cube/conf/node_modules/ and edited .js files to get it working as desired. Then I realized that in source code repository there are only .ts files... So, I did my best to move all changes to .ts files. I did not check any further.
