Doesn't work at all. Tried locally. Tried through Apache. Nothing. The website and the code on GITHUB are different, it would seem.

Did you try in incognito mode?

depthy.stamina.pl works fine. But the extracted code from GITHUB doesn't work at all.

It doesn't need Node or anything, right?

Yes, node, grunt, bower... You can checkout the gh-pages branch - this is exactly the same as on depthy.stamina.pl
