Rephrase abstract #18

Tweaking the abstract phrasing to address Med's comments, see issue #13, I ended up completely rephrasing it. I think the abstract now includes everything important - what are path properties, what is our context, what does this document do. Also, it's all in active voice now, which should be easier to parse.

Does this phrasing work for you, Cyrill?

I like this this rephrasing since it addresses all of Med's comments and avoids the confusion about broadcast/multicast vs unicast.
