1 year ago Sounds like quite a costly change to me, especially when the main contributor or most contributors are in Japanese. Surely an English repo usually have bigger audience, that's somewhat the consensus, I guess? Therefore I believe they chose Japanese because it's the most comfortable option, so I suggest fork it directly.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is only and best option for an misskey app on android. I (and potentialy many more) would like to contribute to this project. But this project being entirely in japanese is a big hinderance.
Describe the solution you'd like Switching the main language to english. Maily the readme, code, comments, changelogs, etc. This would help new developers to joint his project even if they don't speak japanese.
Describe alternatives you've considered Translating the entire repositorie and potentially forking it.
Additional context I use this app with my friends and I am interested in contributing to this project. But even thougth I would like to learn japanese, I think projects like this gain huge advantages when they are entirely maintained in english.
