TLDR: A lot of smaller changes to QoL and bugfixes, along with some new functions.

Global Changes

Engine
- Skipped frames can now run functions as the Freeze phase.
Parser
- Added the P branch, that will only execute in the corresponding phase. It will also force functions to work in that phase.
Starter
- Changed the timing of execution for the start, reducing bugs.
Input
- Added some buffer to the inputs, that is robust to hitstop.

Module changes

General
- Added FramePreStart callback
- UnsetFlag and ArgVar are now available
CFCore
- Added SetStr
- Added math functions (Add, Sub, Mul, Div, Mod, Max, Min)
- Added a way to buffer transitions
- Added the FreezeFrames function to temporarity stop the game (for superflashes or hitstop)
CFBasic
- Animations:
  - Added offset and loop to the Anim function
  - Added the AnimFrame function to play a specific frame
  - Added the AnimProgress function to advance the anim manually
  - Added the AnimReset function to allow for animation repeating
  - Fixed a small bug where the animation offsets are inaccurate
CFAttacks
- Attributes:
  - Attacks can now have one attribute. It will be set automatically be default.
  - The Invul-Attribute and Guard-Attribute series of flags can allow you to selectively ignore or block attacks.
- Added functions:
  - AttackRearm: Same functionnality as the Multihit flag
  - AttackRecievedFlag & AttackRecievedUnflag: Allows manipulation of the flags of a recieved attack
  - AttackAttribute: Change an attack's attribute
  - AttackFrameAdvantage(Hit/Block) & Attack(Hitstun/Blockstun) added for QoL
  - AttackKnockdown: Make an attack knockdown of specific length
  - AttackGroundbounce: Makes an attack groundbounce within limits
  - Renames AttackCancelOnTouchAndWhiff
  - Added the InheritMomentum attack flag
- Added Hitstop.
- Added knockdowns and groundbounces.
- Added a MinDamage parameter for minimum damage.
- Added a PFTouched flag that is active on hit and block.
- Renamed AttackMomentum variables for consistency.
- Bugs
  - Fixed a bug when hitstun/blockstun was negative
  - Fixed a bug where the attack flags weren't set at the beginning of frames.
  - Fixed a bug in cancels where attacks with the same notation would count as the same.
CFPhysics
- Renamed Hor and Ver to X and Y for more readability and future extension into 3D.
- Added Facing functions
- Made previous functions easier to use by adding more optional parameters and single axis functions.
- Made friction and gravity actual features of the module, and added flags to disable them, as well as the HaltMomentum flag.
- Moved camera and arena size here as config parameters.
- Added automatic assignment of PFAirborne and PFGrounded at the beginning of a frame.
CMFightingGame
- Made the hurtbox/hitbox/colbox models parametrable
- Ensured the menu is drawn on top of everything
- Fixed the HP comparaison when the timer hits zero.
- Forgot some things kronian titans specific oops, gonna have to clean up later.
CMGraphics2HalfD
- Added the CreateModel function
- Added functions and flags to displace the model (in relative and world space).

Base.casp changes

Throw now works a lot better
- Grounded/Airborne/Variable throw are new states to use on attacks to make throws
Reworked physics a bit to have:
- Better landing lag computation
- More controlable physics
- Controlable physics for hitstun and blockstun
- Added groundbounce
Misc
- More animations added, especially for hitstun
- Walk animation can now loop by default
- Renamed Idle to Stand to be more consistant
- Added a TrueCommon state for more specific states.
- Added a NewRound callback for later
- Standing/Crouching states are a bit cleaner
- Changes to accomodate the modules
- Added the AttackCancelWhiff flag to AttackAddAllNormalsCancels
- Some initial editor work

Misc

Added the Castagne Loader a bit before it's needed for more fluid gameplay.
