Errors/Glitches #138

When placing charging station or battery station it will sometimes crash, while other times the station while just disappear on placement.

You're running the IC2{2.0.278-experimental} release with the AdvancedPowerManagement{1.2.85-IC2-1.118} release, which is for the prior version of IC2. Use the APM release here http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&postID=135331#post135331
