Output commit hash with pantheon-site-upstream-info #178

Include current commit hash in site information

pantheon-site-upstream-info currently gives branch name and upstream URI, but branch name is less valuable than underlying commit hash.

Output of something like $( git rev-parse HEAD ) would be great.
